We rely on reputable service providers to help run parts of our platform and operations. Where a provider handles information on our behalf, we expect them to apply appropriate safeguards and to be clear about how they meet them.

If a security incident occurs, we act to contain it, understand what happened, and put things right. Where the law requires it, we notify the relevant authorities and the people affected within the timescales that apply.

Keeping your information protected is a shared effort. Please keep your account credentials secure, use a strong and unique password, and let us know promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
